Dianne Goldenberg is the Chief Executive Officer of the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County, with locations in Atlantis, Boynton Beach, and Wellington, Florida.

Well-respected across the healthcare industry, Dianne is a credible voice in decision-making, cultivates strategic partnerships, establishes successful growth tactics, and earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.
Dianne’s distinguished career as a healthcare executive spans more than 35 years. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Service Lines for Tenet Healthcare Inc in Dallas, Texas. Before that, Dianne served as Chief Executive Officer at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida, where she enhanced cardiac services, making the hospital a cardiac medical destination for hundreds of thousands of members in Palm Beach County. She also oversaw the opening of a senior care emergency room and the expansion of operating rooms.
Prior to her Chief Executive Officer roles, Dianne utilized her clinical background as a Chief Nursing Officer and her operational improvement skills as a Chief Operating Officer. Dianne currently serves as the managing director for Gold Square Consulting, where she brings a tailored solutions-oriented approach to every client.
Dianne earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Texas Women’s University, a master’s in nursing from Barry University, and her Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Dianne lives with her husband in West Palm Beach, Florida. They have four children and two grandchildren and love to spend time with their family, traveling, and hiking.
