I recently returned to the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach in Wellington for an MRI and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sony, who truly transformed my experience. Having had a prior MRIs at a couple different facilities where technicians were cold, rushed, and disengaged—even ignoring me when I tried to get their attention during the procedure—I was understandably apprehensive. Thankfully, Sony was the complete opposite.
From the moment the appointment began, Sony was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain every step of the MRI process, consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable, and made sure I felt informed and at ease throughout. Her bedside manner was exceptional—she was both personable and attentive, a rare and valuable combination in medical imaging.
Thanks to Sony, what could have been another stressful experience turned into a smooth, reassuring one. She is a true asset to the team, and I hope she is recognized for the compassionate care she provides.
